Truworths
No guarantee on jewelery how pathetic!!!

I bought 2 pairs of earrings for my 2 daughters at Truworths on sale on 24/07 and my daughter had it on for one day on the 25th and her being 11 she is quite the young lady and very quiet. And she told me when she checked her ear the front of the earring was gone and the stud and the only thing left in her ear is the silver metal pin that joined the earring. I then took it back to the branch i bought it from on the 26th as i thought it has a guarantee. Then to my surprise i am told it does not have a guarantee and i was not told this. I was only asked if i was sure about it as it has a no return policy due to hygienic reasons. I am fuming as i did not buy this from china town. i bought this from a so called reputable company and wont ever support them again.

Now i sit with one earing and a stalk of the other after one day! just shows that they are aware of the poor quality of their jewelery therefore they have implemented a no guarantee policy. Why not have the same policy on the clothes? cos then no one will purchase these poor quality merchandise!
