On the 26th of June 2013, I paid R1000.00 into my Woolworths account over and above my threshold allocation from Woolworths. At the time, My outstanding credit with Woolworths was R0.00.

On 14th of July, I queried the balance of my account and was notified that my account had been closed. The balance owed to me by Woolworths of R1000.00 still reflected in my account but I could no longer access it.

I have been in contact with Woolworths on more than 5 different occassions and No one seems interested or able to Assist me. If the roles were reveresed and I owed Woolworths R1000.00, they would have taken steps to give me a bad credit record. Atleast the least they could do is reimburse my owed dues
