Appalling Service

For years I have been your loyal customer but today (28/07/2013) was the worst shopping exeprience at one of your stores.
I walked into one of your stores at Sandton City @ 15:00pm to make a purchase of R2243, 87. I had a basket full of the items and as I was about to make my purchase at the till next to the ladies denims a lady who had no tag greeted me fairly well. And as she began to take out my items to scan them she then rudely asked me to help her take out the hangers for her to make my purchasing easier for her as in her exact words "have a lot of items with me". I then refused to do so and told her that it was not my job to take out the hangers from the clothing just so the purchase could me quicker for her.
Now I am very appalled by this as NO MR PRICE retail associate should ever have to ask any customer to do a job for them just so it suits them.
I am livid and disgusted by the service I received today which then made me not to purchase some items as I shocked by the level of service I had received. Now if Mr Price is going to employ such people then I will go make my purchase of items elsewhere!
