Woolworths
CREDIT BUREAU NOTIFIED EVEN THOUGH I OWE NOTHING

I have a woolworths charge account, with a nil balance. it has been this way for some years now. Every month I get a protection fee charge, which gets credited the next month, since there is no balance on the account.

Today I had a credit application declined at another company only to find out that each month woolworths had notified the credit bureau that my account is in arrears.

I hate woolworths, im so upset, even though I had call them previously when my account was paid up and they told me not to worry about the protection fee it will be credited.

This is dispicable. Im so upset. I cannot open another account now and I dont even owe woolworths a single thing.

Im never entering any of their stores again ever, and neither will any of my friends or family members.

Woolworths is pathetic they seriously are, they are messing up peoples lifes for no reason.
