Edcon financial services is pathetic!!!

I closed my account in April 2013, but Edcon only officially closed the account in July. When I went to the bank 3 months later for a loan they told me I have a massive outstanding balance with Edgars and must pay up first. On my transunion profile Edgars tagged that I payed account late by 30 days in July! at the time where the account was supposed to be closed.

Now I'm being moved from pillar to post to get my ITC profile updated. Edgars does not respect their customers and their financial service is pathetic they ruined my credit profile.
