No faith in repaires and appliance

My Samsung player HT-D453HK/XA broke about 4 months ago (dvd player) it was send in for repairs and I received very bad service from Furniture City Clearwater, ( see previous complaint) The machine broke again. I have taken it to Furniture City Northgate Randburg and it was send for repairs today, If I have the same bad service as last time I will take the matter further eg papers etx.
What I want at this moment is that my machine will be repaired immediately and not to wait for weeks before I get it back.
The machine has same problem as before (dvd player faulty)
The dvd player is not used very often, so I do not understand how it can be faulty again!!!
