Failure to repair goods in time

Shops, Products, Services

I handed in my Samsung DVD player for an in warranty repair due to the DVD player not working. It was handed in on the 20 February 2013 and I was told the repair would take at the most 2 weeks. When I was not contacted by them I went to the store on the 10th March to find out what was going on. The repair had not yet been completed and no information was available at the store regarding the return of the repaired DVD player. The 2 weeks had then past. I went again to the store on the 14th of March and still no information available. Nobody seems to know what is happening to my DVD player. I was not able to contact the store via telephone as nobody answers and according to them the telephone lines are not working (for the last few days). After promises to call me back this was also not done. Today 17th March I went to the store once more and spoke to Lerato and still not information availble, and I was told that another manager would contact me tomrrow as Lerato will not be available.
