Disapointing experience

On the 13th of May I made the mistake of actually going against my gut and ordering a product with an online shop (GM Sport). I did some research and found no alarming information about the company and look liked they actually delivered as promised. Made the payment and had very prompt responses regarding my money being received and my order being processed, but when it came down to the delivery in followed excuse upon excuse. They said they'll keep me updated and well that happened once in the two months I have now been waiting and I am tired of contacting them.

Two days ago I asked for a refund as I am now sick of waiting for my product and still I've not had any response. Bradley seemed very disinterested in the first place after I told him I want a refund and I bet he still does not even know who he spoke to. This is very disappointing and never again will I use online shopping for anything. So to all please think twice before placing and order with GM Sports.
