I BOUGHT A VICTORIAN D/R/S 11PCE AND RECEIVED A RUG FOR FREE WHICH I LATER REALISED THAT THEY CHARGED ME R400.00 EXTRA FOR IT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. THE TABLE I RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED BUT I TOOK IT BECAUSE THE MANAGER ASSURED ME THAT I WILL RECEIVE A NEW ONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AFTER NOT RECEIVING NO FEEDBACK AFTER 2 MONTHS I PHONED THE STORE AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER MDUDUZI MBUYANE WHO WAS VERY AGGRESIVE AND DIDN'T UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION AND INSTEAD OF ATTENDING TO THE PROBLEM HE TOLD ME THAT I MUST BRING THE DAMAGED TABLE BACK AT MY COST WHICH WAS NOT AN AGREEMENT ON DAY OF PURCHASE BEFORE I CAN GET A NEW ONE. WHEN I PROTESTED HE SAID I KNOW TOO MUCH AND SO I CAN TAKE IT UP IF I WANT TO AND DOESN'T CARE. MY ONLY CONCERN I PAYED ALOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED AND WHEN I QUERY I GET AN ATTITUDE FROM THE MANAGER OF THE STORE. HE KEPT TELLING ME THAT HE DOESN'T NEED TO ATTEND TO MY PROBLEM BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT CASH AND NOT ON AN ACCOUNT.
