I purchased a Dining room set (Duchess 11PCE) from Bears Trade Route Mall on the 02 April 2013.Initially at the store the sales consultsnt was very convincing that i purchased the furniture. The delivery took place on the 04/04/2013, the delivery guys just dropped the furniture off without assisting me to assemble it together, they said they had to rush back to the store however they did witness the horrible large chips and gashes on the table. I immediately called the store and spoke to Brenda to tell her about the damaged goods, she said that she will inform the warehouse. I then got an sms with a ref number (178409) about my complained.

Its 2 months now and after numerous calls to the store my Table has not been replaced. I called Brenda last on the 21/05 and she said she will enquire from warehouse and call me the next day. Its now the 28/05 and she has not bothered to call me. I want a new table or they can come fetch this table and refund my 1st instalment which they were too quick to debit on the 20th. I am fed up and upset at the level of service received.

Clearly someone is not doing their job and bears is not living up to their slogan "Bears really cares about you-Not).
