I want to compliment the branch manager and staff for the great customer service we experienced when buying a table tennis. The table was delivered to our door step, when opening the box they realised that necessary bolts & nuts were not attached, never hesitated to return to the shop and come back to set up the table, thereafter we saw that corner of the table was damaged and with no problem came to swop a new table the next day... that day it rained and we didn't't want to accept the table for the whole box was soaking wet worried that the table will be damaged due to the rain... at NO stage did they at any time looked irritated with us for sending them back every time... great attitude guys...! Thank you...
