Why take my money if you have no stock???

I ordered Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 - 3 User. Piad via credit card. Days later I get an order cancellation in my email? Why did the transaction go through if there's no stock? How can an order be accepted knowing that there isn't enough stock, or don't these people know what they're selling? This is totally unacceptable! What about the transaction fees from the bank when they refund me? Why should I have to pay? I am NOT IMPRESSED!!!
