Treated with no respect and no follow up

On Thursday 18/07/2013 I get to the tills to pay for my goods. Rebecca the cashier has no manners and is not friendly. I swipe my card and it shows on my phone that the money went through but their system says its declined. I then call my bank hoping to resolve this and the cashier starts voiding all the goods without asking me what's happening! She also said remarks towards me about my culture.
The Manager on duty, Fayaz, then says to me he will follow up and get back to me. This morning on Monday I go to the store to find out what's happening and he says that he tried calling me which is absolutely as he forgot - Very incompetent! We then went up to the accounts and they say they are going to escalate it to Head Office to sort out Couldn't this be done on Thursday already??? I need my money reversed ASAP or at least have the decency to look into it and come to a conclusion!!!
