Colour of Paint incorrect

About a month ago I purchased 4 5litres of paint from Game in Kenilworth. On13 July 2013 I ran out and went back to purchase 2 5L. I gave them the name of the colour and was given the paint. On 14th the painter came to finish the job, as he applied the paint we saw that the colour differed to the first colour and we could visibly see a difference. It looked more green than cream, on 15th July I went back to the store, they tried to mix the paint to the colour right, but couldn't, i was given a refund and told plascon will collect the empty tin and try to mix it to the colour i want, as the first 4 tins were the wrong colour!! A mismatched tint they called it! Today 22 July I have still received no call from Game, the manager promised to call but did not! I am totally disgusted in the pathetic service i received! in the meantime im left with walls that have 2 mismatched colours! I have spent thousands of rands on paint at game, on a painter and on under coat paint, with nothing left to show! If plascon/game can't get the colour right, i will choose a new colour and i want undercoat, money for a painter and the color paint at their expense!! Truly shocked by this pathetic service!!!
