NEVER AGAIN

I went to Makro now. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to ask me if I needed help. The lady took 30 minutes to get the mini ipad from the back of the store. I then pay and my card is declined the cashier does not make an effort to do anything about it. I transport my goods to another cashier and it is declined again. I called the bank and they informed me there is nothing wrong with my card or limit. A little bit of effort from you and you could of had a R8000 sale. The Manager is laid back and doesn't care if you complain about his store nor his staff. I will never set my foot in that store again.
