Yelling at a Complaining Custome

Today inside a JETMART store at 14:15 we had looooong line of people waiting at the pay point and ONE lady was helping there at the till. The rest (two) of the other cashiers were entering stock in the system (at a single till) despite our rumblings. One customer was trying to get their attention and she complained of their shady service. The manager (Coloured guy) was furious and he called the customer to order and told her to shut up because "you are not the only one standing in the line". "Shut up-Shut up" She was obviously embarrassed but answering back to the manager. BAD-BAD-BAD
