Pathetic Service from KFC

The original complaint was the lack of staff. How can the line be so long over a weekend that people are outside the door and there are only two cashiers on the tills, I thought KFC was fast food but if you waiting in the line for 20min. Fast I think no!
While standing in the line I placed the order telephonically thinking my food would be ready when get to the till. When telling the cashier I called my order in, she looked at me shouted "manager" looked past me and said "next customer", I then express my dissatisfaction with her and my manager. Explaining about the long lines and the fact that I as a customer was just dismissed as if I was nothing.
The manager then packed my food, I laid a complaint and asked for the area manager to contact me on the Monday, to my dismay we found that the kids meal did not have the toy. I then called spoke again to the manager, who apologised and she that she will mention to the area manager as well and can expect a call on Monday as I requested.
On Monday I returned to the store as I did not receive a call, again requesting the area manager to contact me.
Well today is Wednesday & still no call. ITS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE KFC CLIENTS CAN EXPECT?
