BAD ATTITUDE / No Delivery / plain RUDE

On the 2/7 I Faxed them my Application form with my prescription and delivery address. on the 8/7 the deliver to the incorrect address (in a different town). i have been phoning them everyday since asking then for my meds, i urgently need them because after my eye surgery, i will go blind if i don't have my meds. today i finally got a hold of Pearl Pillay, who told me i should just wait, there is nothing she can do, the meds will be delivered on Tuesday. her attitude towards this critical matter, was pathetic and telling me she is going to put the phone down, cause there is nothing she can do. i must wait!! she even said that i can sue them if i want. i can't believe people can be this rude and unsympathetic

i find this kind of service absolutely shocking, and i would advise any and everybody to keep far away from them.

i hope i get my meds on time, as i really really need them urgently.

if i could drive i would, but seeing as i had eye surgery that is not an option. plus there is no pharmacy in our small town.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!
