Disgusting service

I am so disgusted by the service that I got from Jetmart goldenwalk today. I AM SURELY NEVER SETTING MY FOOT ON THAT STORE AGAIN!!! When I got there the que was long and the store manager came and told us to go to the other till obviouslt to reduce the line.

When we got there I PROMISE YOU WE STOOD FOR ABOUT 30 MUNITES AND I WAS ON LUNCH BREAK.The cashiers were dragging their feet and punching the items slowly. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE MY EXPIERIENCE AT JETMART TODAY!!! When it was finally my turn the cashier needed an auth code from the manager. GUESS WHAT??? She got up to call him and they came back 10 munites later and the manager did not even bother to greet or atleast apologise...

According to my knowledge if you work with customers you must treat them as if they were the last not matter how useless you think they are, because without them walking through that door there would be no JETMART..
To the store manager SPEECHLESS!!! To the staff you are sure following your leader..
