Been struggling to get accounts closed and letters stating that they are closed and paidup.
When I phoned Adrian this morning he stated this letter would take 4-5 working days, nevertheless, as I explained the urgency of my problem - he immediately was solutions driven - trying to assist me. He arranged asap and I received my letter promptly. Thank you Adrian - in a world full of no care customer care - and frustrations - this attitude will not go unnoticed! Thanks also to Zainoniesa Adams who urgently drafted the letter. Excellent!
