Zero assistance and uneducated personnel

Not knowing which trainers to buy I went to SW Centurion. First there was no-one in sight at the shoes department. When I finally got hold of a person, he was on the phone and I waited once more. I needed advise on which shoe to buy but he said that all the cross trainers are the same, only the designs are different. Even I know that is a load of bull dust. Made my own decision and bought the shoes, just to find out now over the internet that i bought running shoes and not cross trainers as I intended. On my way out I looked at earphones. After 10min and 2 urgent announcements over the intercom for assistance, the same guy pitched with the keys to the earphones. Again I asked him what is the difference between two products, again he said its the same, then I asked, why is there a R300 price difference. He could not answer me and just looked at the packaging. Isn't stores like these suppose to give expert advice? I would make sure that no-one that asks my opinion ever buy at Sportsmans Warehouse Centurion.
