Swap of faulty Nike running shoes

Dear Peter
I have been using Nike Pegasus shoes for about 25 years and after having a faulty shoe I purchased from Sportsmans Warehouse at the normal Nike price, I took it back for a refund or a swap, after the left foot lost its air within the first 15km of running.
The floor manager of Friday 25/01/2013 did not hesitate to call the Nike rep that was prepared to come and assess the shoe the same day. The next morning I could stop pickup my new shoes and return to Vryheid KZN ready for training again.
My compliments to Nike and Sportmans Warehouse for the way you treat your customers.
