I was looking for shoes, not getting the right size at Somerset Mall. I took the time and went to Cape Gate.
At the shoe department I waited for about 10min before I saw the first person that worked for Edgars (uniform).
The person (not very friendly) said she will get someone to assist.
I waited another 10min then heard an announcement that someone is needed in the shoe department.
After another /-15 minutes still no one.
After all this I still supported them in buying a pair of shoes not the ones I wanted but had no choice as I never get the size in the right shoe and did not get anyone to check for sizes in the ones I wanted!
This is terrible service and if I had a choice i would have never bought the shoes.
