Heel Tips replacement

I took a pair of my Green Cross sandals together with other shoes to Levingers to have the heel tips replaced. They did the other shoes but said they cannot do the Green Cross tips as their tips do not work on them. I then went to Green Cross Cresta to ask them where I can get tips replaced on Green Cross shoes. The only response I got from the manager there was to accuse me of never having purchased the shoes at a Green Cross store & I must have purchased them from the pharmacy. What a pharmacy has to do with Green Cross shoes, well I am at a loss for words. I have quite a lot of Green Cross shoes all purchased at the Cresta store. I have also been in contact with Britt via your Facebook page who tells me to send a photo of the shoe so they can see if tips can be obtained on a trip to China. I sent the photos, no response so far. All I would like to know is where I get heeltips replaced on Green Cross shoes that are still in good condition. Could you please tell me.
