Collapsed heels Mens Green Cross shoes

We bought a pair of mens slip on brown shoes from Green Cross last year about July. Paid R385 for them and they were worn for about 4 mths. After a few mths we decided to do something about the shoes. We spoke to the sales lady at Gateway Umhlanga and we were told to take them back to the Pinetown shop as they have to forward it back to the factory as it seems to be a factory fault. We took the shoes back on 9/3/2013 and the ladies at the till were not helpfull at all we asked for the Supervisor Maggie Reddy and told she was to busy and could not assist. We left the shoes and told them to forward them to CT. We received no response and called to find out why have they not come back to us, we were iformed they tried but could not find a tel number what nonsense. They informed us that CTsaid they were well worn the soles showed no sign of that and are perfect These shoes do not come cheap and I will never buy shoes from them again. They proclaim of how excellent the shoe is made, but when something goes wrong it is another story.
