Bloodpressure meter not working life threatening

We were sold a bloodpressure machine at the pharmacy at the pick and pay. Pharma klinic machine.
It showed false readings we took it back they sent it off somewhere and it came back after 4 weeks they assured us it worked fine. We again tested it again false readings.
Now we want our money back.
