Double Fail - Customer and Sales Lost!!!

On 22 Dec went to Atterbury Retail Park Branch to buy my daughter a pair of Salomon trail shoes for hockey and a pair of Asics trail shoes for my son. Had to ask for service with staff doing "housekeeping". Both kids fitted their shoes, were given a pair of shoes for my daughter that clearly was worn (dirty and scratched). The box with the left shoe for my son was missing. I informed the sales person that I'm not willing to buy a pair of used shoes and he left with the box. Two sales people (the one assisted my son with fitting) then started sorting boxes on top of the shelve. After about 15mins I asked them what's going on, no response. The sales person who left with the pair of used Salomon's was nowhere to be seen. After waiting another 8-9mins, I walked to the store manager and informed him that he just lost R2, 800 worth of sales, clear his staff couldn't be bothered. I will never return to this store again! Today went to the Centurion Branch, took the correct Salomon's and waited. Staff around me all appeared "busy", even made eye contact, no service. After 7min I asked what must be done for service, nothing! Reported it to Manager and left, never again, customer lost!
