I went to Jet in Southgate to have my account closed, the consultant there called the call centre, and I requested a paid up letter as a matter of urgency, this morning I called Jet again, and asked the consultant to please go over to the admin department and ask them to please prioritise my paid up letter, as it is very urgent that I get this letter this morning still, he explained that it is a rather simple procedure, it doesn't take a lot of work to process a paid up letter, and he said he would note it on my account that it is urgent, and that he would also go and ask the admin dpt to send my letter this morning, I am still waiting for this letter that I urgently need, it seems urgency is not a priority, perhaps it was the best thing that I did to have paid and closed this account, as customer service is not at the top of your priority list, this is not the first time that I had had to complain about jet
