Foschini
REFUSING TO GIVE LETTER OF CONFIRMATION

Although I settled my account with Foschini in full on 31/7/2013 sending proof of payment to rldaly numerous times, I'm still waiting for an urgent letter of confirmation stating that this account had been paid in full and is closed. Upon requesting a confirmation letter from rldaly, they informed me on 6/9/13 that Foschini had since withdrawn this account from them thus rldaly no longer will attend to this matter, and advised me to get in contact with Foschini customer care centre. I did, numerous times. Foschini Customer Care Centre claims that they do not have my account with them since it had been sold over to Real People. I'm struggling to understand why it had been sold over since it was paid in full at Foschini when the account was still with rldaly. Furthermore, upon phoning Real People, they still are of opinion that they have no information on their system linking me to Foschini. My account is not with them either. Real People in return said that rldaly should give me the letter of confirmation since the account was settled when it was still with them. Passing the buck for 3mnths now, no one is willing to help! I need this confirmation of payment letter urgently
