It has taken 3 hours to get through to the call centre and then to be put through to the accounts department.
Each time I phone I get cut off and the last phone call the call centre agent put the phone down on me.
My account was handed over to the attorneys last year. I paid my account in full in November. I never received a letter from the attorneys stating that the account was paid up. Woolworths has a judgement against my name. I need a letter in order to rent a place and all I was asking was for them to email me the letter stating that the account is paid in full and that the judgement will be resinderd. I was told by the second call centre agent he would get a special authorisation for me to issue the letter today. I then got cut-off whilst waiting for the authorisation. I phoned again and held on for 10 minutes and then was eventually transferred after 5 minutes to the accounts department. The lady refused to issue the letter and slammed the phone down on me!!! I am disgusted that it takes so long to get through to the accounts department and then to be cut off three times. Its funny when they want their money how we have to jump! I need my letter urgently.
