Account paid up and closed lette

I asked for a final settlement letter on my account on Monday 24 June 2013. I received the letter via e-mail on 25 June 2013 and I paid the final settlement on the same day. I e-mailed [Email Removed] with the reference on my settlement letter, namely Me A de Beer//ENU. I attached proof of payment and asked for a final letter stating that the account was paid up.

Yesterday, 2 July 2013, I contacted the PTA branch. I spoke to Paulina who said that they did send the letter to me and she did not know why I did not receive it. She asked for my e-mail address, which I confirmed. Please note that it is the same e-mail address that the settlement letter was sent to. She said that I would receive it in the course of the day.By 16:00, I called again and spoke to Portia, who then confirmed my e-mail address again and said she would send it by 12:00 today. I am still waiting.

Can someone please forward the letter to me stating that the final payment has been paid and that the account is now closed?
