USELESS CALL CENTRE

I received a sms that my wife's account is overdue and legal action will follow. the reference number is V1439259. I called the call centre and explain that I have not received the bill and if they can mail it. I will make the payment. The lady assure me that the call is recorded and them asking all kinds of questions like my physical address and I refuse to supply it. I only want a copy of the account to be mailed to me. It is not a SECRET document that I requested. I supplied my email address and told her if I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MAIL, i CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT I DON'T EVEN KNOW EXISTED
