Brand new oven broken!

I bought a Kelvinator oven about 2 months ago and got it installed in my tenants flat. Shortly after instalation they complained about it not working properly. 2 weeks ago I contacted Makro service centre and requested it being replaced. My tenants are still without a oven... this is unacceptable!!!
