New website: what a hopeless, amateurish mess

Woolworths "upgraded" their website. First they took it offline for 5 days. Obviously nobody on the board understands e-commerce, it's not like a sign outside your office you can take down while you're having the new one made.

Then they deleted all user accounts without giving any instructions about it. When you finally figured out how to link your account, you discovered the site navigation was a complete disaster... click click click click. Not that the old site was any good, but the new one is FAR worse.

And then they de-linked my accounts again and the feature to link them doesn't work any more.

Oh, and by the way, the website doesn't display properly on a smartphone.

Overall, the new website is a hopeless, amateurish mess which looks like it was designed by Woolworths' board of directors rather than a professional web company. It's entirely useless for anything.
