I came to know that they dont have my id copy

HI TFG/@home, i went to @home yesterday to buy some thing and while i am trying to pay i came to know my card is blocked so then one of the consultant called up to customer care to find out why my card is blocked, the answer is shocking that they dont have my id copy/missing my id document, how the they miss my id copy, because of that i have to send my id copies and wait at least 30 to re-activate etc process, i mean i dont have time to wait for this nonsense .. i mean i dont understand how the the system missing my documents and wasting my time and ended up not buying the product of this inconvenience..this is ridiculous to know..
seriously not at all acceptable service from TFG/@home.
I am utterly disappointed coz i couldnt buy what i want..i left the store with unhappy
