WAITING 4 WEEKS FOR OVEN TO BE FIXED

We bought a Kelvinator oven last year and it is still under guarantee. I reported that my oven wasn't working. On the 4th of October a technician was send out to my house. (Someone from Electrolux) I was told it is the thermostat and that the part will be ordered and it can take up to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I had to contact THEM. The lady told me that "O, the part has arrived." She said that the technician will come the following day. I said to her that he can come on the 4th of November. I made arrangement to take off from work, but the technician never showed. It's been 4 weeks now and I'm still waiting.
