KALVINATOR OVEN GLASS BURST

I bought a Kalvinator Stove and oven from Makro about 4 weeks ago. On Monday evening I switched the oven on and about 3 minutes later I heard the noise of glass shattering into a million pieces. I was shocked to realise that the glass inside the oven door was no lying all over my kitchen floor. On Tuesday I contacted Makro and spoke to a gentlemen who promised to log a call -which he did. I then received a call from another lady at Kalvinator (27 21 681 7532) who advised me that a technician will be send on Wednesday. I waited the whole day for a technician to come and repair the oven but no one from Kalvinator ever arrived nor did anyone phone me to make an alternative arrangement.

This morning I returned the call to Kalvinator only to realise that they have no record of the call that was logged on Tuesday. I gave her two cell phone numbers and my residential address but she could not find the logged call. I then asked the lady to assist my by logging a new call and I was asked to please hold, 20min later and I was still holding.

How safe is the glass in the oven if it burst into a million pieces?
Has this glass been tested?
When will the technician repair my oven?
