Bad service

I bought a OVEN from Makro Centurion in August. the Elements of the oven doesn't work at all!!! I went to their store 2weeks ago they called Defy... And told me that Defy shall cal me with in a day to schedule an appointment to come and see why the oven's elements top and bottom simply just doesn't work at all.
They have not don so at all up and till today...
