Received defy slimline oven not working properly

I bought a Defy Slimline oven and hob cash on the 12 of December 2012. I only recieved the hob as they did not have a oven in stock. I returned a few days later to complain about the oven that I still have not received yet. I demanded my money back to be able to buy somewhere else. The sales person told me they will get me a oven urgently from another branch. Apparently this happened very quickly and I received the oven on the 21st of December 2012. Now the problem is the oven is not working properly from the day I received it. The heat is not distributed evenly in the oven as all my bakings is burnt on the bottom and the top is still raw. I reported the problem and was told that the technicians will come to fix it. I took a days leave from work to be at my house when they come but they came late and I was out. I contacted them again and was told that they will come again. Which they did. The technician told me that there is nothing wrong with the oven and left. Still the oven is not fixed. When I phone the branch I am shouted at. I am a client with a product that does not work from the day I received it. Is this the way OK Furniture in Germiston is doing business.
