Makro seems to not care about clients and more interested in protecting their pockets. I purchased a defective I-pod from makro 3 weeks ago. Upon returning the item i was treated rudely and given the run around. I refused to have the item repaired as i felt I just bought it a few weeks ago and didn't want a broken product. After insisting that i sent it for an assessment, makro now gives me stories about suppliers and taking back the same item. I understand you guys are in line with the CPA of arranging for an assessment however the Product is now back, and my right is to choose to Replace or Refund, as software problems were established which i also disagreed with. I really don't care about issues with your suppliers as well, i purchased my product from Makro, where and how you get supplied has nothing to do with me, so you sort my problem. This issue is going into 2 weeks now, i have been left out of pocket and with no item. This is an item i use daily as it is my radio, alarm and gym buddy. Stop inconveniencing me and sort out my issue the same way you initially took my cash... Swiftly and with a smile
