Dear Customer Services, My name is Zanele Mthembu. I bought Trojan Marathon 220 on 05 February 2013 From Game Empangeni. MY MACHINE HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR REPAIRS TWICE IN FOUR MONTHS AND IT IS SO NEW, LESS THAN EVEN 5 MONTHS OLD, RIDICULOUS. I REQUEST REFUND FOR THE MACHINE. What's going to become of it in another 3 or 12 months. I've never had such a horrifying experience. Each time it goes for repairs it goes more than 21 days. The second time it was take in was 6 June. I refuse to have such a costly machine repaired so new, let alone repaired more than once. The Game (Empangeni) manager I spoke to told me I have to accept and take the machine, they as Game can only consider refund after an item has been repaired 3 times, and he said this is by Law. The Consumer Protection Act states that I have a right to a quality and safe product, it also say that I have a right to refund, but game is infringing all of my consumer rights. Each time that the belt swings to the side I almost fall, if I ever continue to use it I am surely going to break my bones. I can no longer tolerate this safety hazard.
