BAD service!!!

On 28 March2013 I ordered my trainers using a R500 voucher and paid in another R500. I ordered a size 6 from their site. A few days later I received the shoes which were a size 8! I contacted the customer care department and they said they will exchange them. I was to put in a new order on their website in order to get my shoes. They needed the voucher number again, but by that time I already discarded the voucher. They could not process my order again. I needed my R500 back, and requested this on 25 May 2013. I have emailed them again and again, with no response. I would like this matter to be resolved ASAP, as I am extremely frustrated with the incredibly poor service and lack of communication I have experienced.
