On the 6th of December I placed an order for the Mint metal tip wedges red size 6 shoe, which I received and turned out not to be red at all.it looks red on your website and that is what it is advertised as, it is more a coral colour, which is disappointing when I was looking for red shoes. I returned the shoes and got R239 credit, I then decided to order new shoes. There was a sale on at the time, so on the 19th of December I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Of which 2 out of three pairs is way too big. I wear I size 6 shoe and therefor I ordered a size 6, but the shoes actual sizes were more like a 7 or 8.The shoes were the following: Oder number (200966772), Utopia kitten heel court shoes red size 6, Linx toe cap pump white size 6.I phoned on 3.01.13 to find out what I can do about the problem I would have liked to just exchange the shoes for a smaller size, but I was told that you don't to exchanges. This is unacceptable, It is not my fault that your sizes is not right.i have 2 choices money back or credit, but wont be able to buy the same shoes again. I have really been disappointed by your company, and feel quite embarrassed that I raved so much about how great and convenient it is.
