STILL WAITING FOR REFUND DONE VIA SPEEDPOINT

I had purchased a ring for my wife as a birthday gift from the Phoenix store to the value of R8930, 00. At the time of the purchase, I had asked the salesperson, Shantal, about their refund/exchange policy and was told that they will gladly exchange it for something else or refund me if there was nothing suitable. This was fine as far as I was concerned and I then paid in CASH for the ring. My wife wanted to exchange it for something else and they did not have anything suitable so I asked for a refund... the store did not have cash to refund me and asked to put the money onto my credit card (STD Bank card). I agreed as I was told that the refund would reflect on the card within 2 days. this was on the 11/01/2013. On the monday, 14/01/2013... no refund relecting... called the store and was told it will take 3 to 4 days.. 17/01/2013 Thursday, still no refund. Went into the store on the Friday, 18/01/2013... was told that it would be done by the end of the day as FNB has a problem... 19/01/2013 Saturday.. still nothing.. then spoke to the the owner/manager who screamed at me and was told that it's not his problem and i should take it up with FNB (his bank). Still waiting 23/01/13
