I bought a Home Theatre System from the Store on Cash, and I changed my mind about the product and went back to the store to ask for a refund as the box was not opened, the store manager said I have to wait as she has to get authorization from the regional manager, on the 17 July 2013 I returned the product to the store and She told me that She will call me when they have cash. I submitted everything that they wanted from me and she called me and said that they are having a problem with their system and they cannot refund me. I have been waiting for the refund up to now they have not called me. All I want is my cash.
