Defy Serviceman making my girlfriend cry

Please be careful, this has been very traumatic.

Defy sent a guy called Riaan to repair our broken Defy tumble dryer.
My girlfriend let him in, because he is their official warranty agent, allocated by Defy themselves, to repair the (new) tumble dryer.
Riaan does the Edenvale area, where we are.

Since then Riaan has decided that he will not leave her alone.
She has asked him repeatedly not to contact her, but he isn't interested.

He makes her cry and scares her, but being a bully he won't face me he keeps going back to her.

I spoke to him on the 6th Of December 2013.
He pretended to apologise and told me some, but, today he contacted her again today.
He won't answer my calls.

So if you need trouble, perverse, unethical and unprofessional behaviour, try him /DEFY
Otherwise, please steer clear and ask for someone else

Id caution strongly against DEFY Products.
