Faulty Defy Tumble drye

We purchased a Defy Tumble dryer from the store on June the 4th, however we informed that there aren't any stock available which means that we had to wait a few more days. We finally received the unit on June the 15th and used it for the 1st time on June the 23rd. The tumbled dryer gave problems after the 1st load when the power kept tripping. We contacted the store that very same day and was told that the call will be logged with the technicians. We were informed that the technicians would contact us to arrange the meeting. They finally came on July the 4th, just to find that no one was home as they did not make any arrangements with us.

We then contacted the store again and was informed that the store manage would contacted, however he/she never did. We refuse to keep this unit any longer and demand this tumble dryer to be removed from my premises as soon as possible. I already paid my instalment, however I had no joy of using the unit. This is our first ever purchase from OK furniture and surely it will be our last.
