I bought 2 formal trousers for my husband in August 2013 but to my surprise all trousers are damaged and its not even 6 months as the exchange policy says that damaged goods should be returned within 6 months. On the 29 Jan 2014, my husband went to Menlyn branch to return or exchange them but he was told that they can exchange them for him at a sale price of R25, 00. I am wondering how can that be possible because we bought each trouser for R299, 00.I want my money back as this is really a very bad service and I never expected this from Woolworths
