16 PEACE Cutlery that is infact a 15 peace

I bought a 16 peace cutlery set from Boardmans Greenstone. when I got home and unpack I saw that there was a fork missing. phone the manager en she promise me that se will courier it ASAP for me because I live in springs and Petrol is cosltly. Now 3 weeks LATER THE COURIER IS STILL BUSY TO COURIER THE FORK. I FEEL IT IS UNEXEPTABLE FROM BOARDMANS. first I talk to Sonja and when a phone back again after a week she is on leave and Florence is nou in charge!!! Another disaster in the making!!! because all that Florense can tell me is that the Courier is busy with it and it can take week tot 2 weeks.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY BOARDMANS AGAIN!!!
