False Advertising

Melissa Shoes SA advertise on their website that you get discounts when you purchase shoes from them. 2 pairs 20% discount, 3 pairs 25% discount and 4 pairs 40 % discount.

I wanted to buy 4 pairs of shoes but when I wanted to pay they refuse to give me the 40% discount and said the special is only on old stock, but their add does not mention anything about old stock.
